I rang a number which I thought was in Sydney to see if they had a store to visit as I needed this gift urgently. Phil I think was so extremely helpful and said if I ordered before 11am delivery would be next day. It was and a very reasonable delivery fee. Exceptional customer service and recipient of gift was delighted with product. Would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Very attractive price.

Great Quality Item!Life Saver!

I'm not a first responder - just an ordinary business person and member of the public. I ordered two of these tools - one for my wife and one for myself - as:
1. Personal vehicle emergency escape tools.
2. The means to help others escape a vehicle if we see the need.
We are both impressed with the quality of the utility tool and with the range of tools and features available. The fluoro is a nice touch. The belt pouches are excellent also.

Only disappointing aspect is with sheath, no horizontal hold belt loop, significant oversight considering retail price. Cheers 😊

have just go this and am planning to test it out but it should live up to the quality that i expect from this brand and work well on the job of getting into these newer laminated windows which we encounter more often now
